Our Services

The Elements Health Plans Model has evolved from nearly 20 years experience in the health insurance and health promotion industry. Collectively our management team has over 100 years experience in health insurance, financial services, and worksite wellness.

It is Elements' belief that every client is unique. Based on that assumption, we create a work plan to gather data, identify a direction that makes sense, design the complete package, and communicate its details to the employees in an easy-to-understand format.

We are the leaders in integrated health plan models, and the possibilities are ready and waiting. That is why even brokers are asking us to design programs for their respective clients. The result is phenomenal: improved health among employees and dependents which leads to higher morale, less absenteeism, fewer claims, and more control over rising healthcare premiums.

Things That Don’t Work…

    • The annual procurement process of shopping for healthcare and placing vendors on a spreadsheet. We need new, innovative thinking along with technologic solutions to better manage health plans, drive down spending, and proactively involve plan sponsors as well as members.
    • Traditional disease-based health insurance disguised as "health plans." The traditional brokerage community fosters this kind of mindset by selling these products at the exclusion of almost all else. Furthermore, few, if any, employ qualified health professionals, or provide activities or programs that actually lower healthcare costs.
